Steampunk Alchemy Fest 2024

The Freaky Mutant Weirdo Variety Show is happy to announce the launching of our rebranded fair, cosplay event at Vasa Park: Steampunk Alchemy Fest!

Same cool event. Same chill organizer folks. Same awesome location.

Why the name change?

We wanted to make it easier for fellow punks and hobbyists to find us. We wanted our name to reflect steampunk and the adjacent historical and fantasy folks that merrymake with us. So here we are!

Our event begins with a daytime outdoor festival with fun for the whole family, including amazing bands and live entertainment, vendors, cosplay, food and friends. When the daytime fun ends we invite all our adult guests (ages 18+) to join us for an Evening Cabaret, featuring a dinner with Comedy, Burlesque, Entertainment, and special music by A Halo Called Fred with songs that are FAR too filthy for the daytime.

CAMPING

Limited camping space available on-site Saturday night, including a continental breakfast Sunday, June 2. Each pass includes 1 tent setup, and its occupants. Please be sure to purchase the Camping Pass (separate from general admission) ifyou plan on camping overnight. Vendors who wish to camp should contact the event Vendor Coordinator.

Camping space allotment will be sent as we get closer to the event date.
